Treibball
~ 3-hour Taster Session ~
Come join us at the K9 Connect indoor training hub in Ferntree Gully with the wonderful Kerrie Piper
Triebball is a FUN and exciting sport to do with your dog – particularly for herding breeds. In this sport, dogs are taught to gather and drive large exercise balls (think yoga balls) into a goal, working with their handler (human).
It is a wonderful outlet for busy herding breeds, perfect for suburbia where access to livestock is not readily available.
Not only is this a fun way to do something to engage your dog’s mind and provide stimulation, it's also a fabulous way to connect and embrace your dog’s natural working ability.
Our instructor, Kerrie, has been teaching and training Treibball since its creation in the early 2000s. Kerrie has also competed in many online (worldwide) events with her Border Collies, Solan and Sprocket.
